Sure, there are reasons (mostly salary concerns) that might make you reluctant to hire a former bigwig; but these experienced, successful job candidates might not be expecting the compensation packages that you think. And they usually need less training.And they’re often a treasure trove of fresh ideas. And they have a history of success. And… you get the picture.
