Betsy Knoke began her career as a software engineer at General Dynamics Corporation, now part of Lockheed Martin. There she worked in a client-centric role that required working with end-users to listen and analyze client needs; develop requirements; analyze data systems, processes and procedures; and design, build and test software systems. Betsy has also been a stay-at-home mother and understands the challenge and opportunity of work/life balance. Betsy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Terrie Nolen is the owner of the 10 til 2 – Greater Chicagoland office. Before leaving the corporate world to become a full-time parent to her three daughters, she worked for Ernst & Young in Chicago. Terrie is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a degree in Communications and Business.

Ramona Walden is a franchise owner in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Following graduation from the University of Houston, she entered the workforce as a management trainee in the financial services industry. She quickly moved into a supervisory role where she had her first experience leading people. After several promotions, Ramona left the workforce for graduate school at Purdue University. She went on to work with the airline industry, specializing in HR & Benefits Management and completed further graduate work at the University of Dallas. Throughout her career, she has hired, managed and led her own staff, while being a champion for flexible work arrangements.

Cathy Nestoriak earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Marymount University. After a successful career in Corporate Training and Workforce Development in the DC region, Cathy began to acknowledge and embrace the fact that the desire for work-life balance was on the rise… and that this trend was mutually beneficial for employers and employees. That is when she discovered 10 til 2; and has been serving the DC Metro area since 2009. Cathy lives in Rockville with several pets (including her husband and two kids).

Carol Rushing was awarded her BA in Communications from Penn State University (but we still like her). Professionally, she spent several years in the wireless telecommunications industry on the state level, including spearheading education on the industry’s safe driving campaign. Carol also had her hand in the local arts scene, assisting an artist by preparing promotional materials for her collection. Carol found the work extremely rewarding and a role she could take on while her family slept… which Carol doesn’t do much of!

Jodi Olin is a Founder and Managing Partner of 10 til 2. Jodi graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Buying and Merchandising. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Jodi worked as an Issues Manager for the oil industry, as well as a Regional Merchandise Manager for an apparel company overseeing 12 flagship locations, 24 managers and 150 salespeople.

Linnore Gonzales was the first 10 til 2 franchisee and is also a current 10 til 2 client. A believer in the franchise system, Linnore has always looked into franchise businesses. When 10 til 2 opened its doors to franchising in 2006, Linnore seized the opportunity to be part of a company that provides qualified part-time employees to businesses that are in need of help but could not afford to employ full-time employees. She also found the idea of being able to help qualified individuals return to the workforce but prefer not to work full-time a great business concept. Linnore lives in Highlands Ranch and is active in the community and a member of various chambers of commerce. She is a successful entrepreneur and owns several businesses in addition to owning the 10 til 2 Southwest Denver and Cherry Creek regions.

Terri Hayes is the owner of the 10 til 2 – Colorado Springs office. Her career includes a highly rewarding position as a Corporate Trainer in the healthcare industry and five years as a Senior District Manager for a capital management firm. Terri is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She was recently named as the Interim Executive Director of the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Center.

Cynthia Wagstaff has worked for 10 til 2 since January 2009. She came to 10 til 2 looking for a part-time position that utilized her sales and human resources background, while being able to balance being a wife and mother of three active children. She found a permanent home working as the Sales and Business Manager for the 10 til 2 SW Metro office. Cynthia is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She is actively involved as a volunteer with the Highlands Ranch Chamber of Commerce and Rock Canyon High School.

Caroline Puller is the Business Development Manager for the 10 til 2 – Colorado Springs office.
Prior to this, Caroline was a Business Development Consultant at Homeland Security Careers, where she focused on sales coordination, product development and client conversions; and worked for Plant Interscapes as the Sales Director, where she managed a team of nine design consultants and co-managed a $5 million operation. Caroline is a proud Air Force military spouse and is the mother to twins. She is an avid community volunteer and sits on the Military Spouses Career Committee.
